We were thrilled to join the ServiceNow® community again in Vegas at Knowledge 2024. Over three days, we shared insights from our own transformative journey and customer success stories with the NowPlatform®. The key highlight, however, was announcing our new strategic commitment with ServiceNow to launch innovative cross-industry solutions for global customers.

This commitment includes establishing an exclusive Fujitsu-ServiceNow Innovation Center in Japan, which will focus on new cross-industry offerings for digital transformation and customer success. We will leverage our combined expertise and technologies, including Now Assist and Fujitsu Kozuchi, to develop AI-driven, cross-industry workflows and innovative digital solutions, with an initial focus on the manufacturing sector. Additionally, we are integrating our managed service known as 'Customer Advisory and Support Excellence' (CASE) with ServiceNow Impact, to elevate customer support and deliver maximum value to our clients.
